I've came up with these when I was a child. I was tired of eating chocolate chip cookies all the time and fell in love with white chocolate even more. I always get requests for these cookies. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family and I do :-)

- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs

- Combine first three ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

- I don't use nuts in mines so my mixture is usually a little thin but you can add a little more flour if not using any either and I usually put my mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes or less until it firms up. This is optional
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drink with a tall glass of milk and enjoy!
