- 3/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (80-100g) dark chocolate eg 85% - cut into choc chip size pieces -or use choc chips 😬
- Option: Handful of hazelnuts or walnuts toasted and chopped
